We understand that even the most discerning gentleman may occasionally need to return an item. Our policy reflects the same commitment to quality service that defines our collections:
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Free returns for UK customers (international returns subject to shipping fees)
- Full refund or exchange option
- Prompt processing within 3 business days of receipt
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on formal shirts, casual shirts, polo shirts, or any other innerwear items unless faulty. All items must be returned unworn, with original tags attached, and in pristine condition.

Return your items in their original packaging if possible, including all protective covers for shoes and accessories. For blazers and formalwear, we recommend using the original garment bag.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- For exchanges, we’ll dispatch your new item within 2 business days of approval
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Formal Shirts (including Oxford and Long Sleeve variations)
- Casual Shirts
- Polo Shirts
- Any item without its original tags
- Personalised or made-to-measure items
Damaged or Faulty Items
